1. Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order after it has been submitted, e-mail us as soon as possible at info@internationaljanitorial.com or reach us at (305) 275-5553 if your order has already been sent to our dispatch department, however, we will not be able to cancel your order. Due to our commitment to fast shipping and getting your order to you as quickly as possible, we highly recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you hope to cancel your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order..
2. Do I need to register in order place orders on your website?
No, it is not an obligation to create an account in order to place an order on our website. You may order as a guest if you like. However, if you create an account, you will be able to view your order history later on, which can make re-ordering much easier.
3. Do you offer net terms to your customers?
No. At this time we are not able to extend credit to our customers unless is locally ordered, or in bulk orders. We do however; accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal as payment methods. If this does not work for you, we are also willing to accept checks for an order but will not ship out the order until the funds have been received
