How do I return or exchange an item?
Int'l Janitorial & Paper Supplies, Inc. takes pride in the quality of its products. Customer satisfaction, quick deliveries and providing high quality products are our biggest concern. Every item in we carry is carefully selected and then inspected before parting to the customer's hand. We encourage you to inspect your order right after it's been received. In the event that damage occurs during transit and handling, or if you discover any defect, please contact us at 305-252-8818 and one of our customer care agents will be glad to help. For orders placed at our location, please contact the office where the sale originated within 7 days of delivery.

Also, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, please contact us within that same 7-day window. Your return or exchange must be delivered to its origin in its original packaging at the customer's expense no later than 14 days after Int'l Janitorial & Paper Supplies, Inc. is aware of the return or exchange to be made.

Upon receipt, your merchandise will be inspected. Appropriate exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) and for any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. Shipping and delivery charges are nonrefundable. In addition, in certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee also may apply. Orders eligible for cancellation will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Shipping Damage:
While it is rare, shipping damage does occur. It is your responsibility to inspect your package upon arrival—look for visible signs of shipping damage such as holes in packaging or water damage. You have the right to refuse delivery if you believe that damage has occurred. You must notify Int'l Janitorial & Paper Supplies, Inc. within 24 hours of receiving merchandise that you believe is damaged. This is required so that we can initiate the claims process with the shipper.
